If you want a different taste in your kitchen or on your grill this year, you must try McCormick's Grill Mates packets, most specifically Brown Sugar Bourbon! 

Initially, upon smelling the contents of the packet, I was not convinced it would be good to try, however, I was determined to have a new taste in the kitchen, so I went for it! I used the marinade in the crockpot on porkchops, and what a delicious meal tis made! Oh yeah, as the chops cooked, the smell of the marinade simply blew me away, in a good way, that is! 

So the next time you're in Walmart or another grocery store, give Grill Mates a try. There are many other flavors, but Brown Sugar Bourbon is delicious!!!!

Henry Ford once said," If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got." This year, I decided to "take the plunge" and do something different. No, I haven't gotten away from my "SEEfood" diet yet, but I'm certain the man above is still working on me. I did, however, upload my first ever YouTube video, something I have been wanting to do for a long time. I am so glad I did.  I don't have many views yet. In fact, you can count my subscribers on one hand, but in due time, I will get there. Someone wants to hear my story, that's for sure. Just like my grandma used to say "There is someone for everyone." Same here- there is an audience somewhere for every YouTuber! Single wide mobile homes need love, too!!! #MiniKitchenRenovation

My mom has always told me to appreciate what you have, or you might not ever move forward. Our starter home (a 1992 single wide mobile home that we purchased in 1997) has become what seems like our forever home. It has been a little discouraging, but timing (among other things) has not been on our side. There is still always a chance that I will one day get my walk in closet and dishwasher. Yes, I have neither!  Keeping in mind of what my mother said, at the end of last summer, we painted and back splashed our kitchen.
